O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 3rd respondent and the further relief also for directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in this regard.

2. It is stated that the petitioner is being harassed by the 2nd respondent on the basis of a false complaint given by the 3rd respondent in relation to money transactions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Mr.K.S. Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor

appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions submitted that though the complaint was received from the 3rd respondent, since the dispute is purely civil in nature, after enquiry the complaint was closed on 02.05.2017. He further submitted that there is no question of harassment and no further enquiry is contemplated.
