Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to rectify the mistake in the patta Nos.2872 and 639 in respect of S.F. No.609/1C and 609/3A, situated at Ellappanayakkanpudur, Mallapuram Village, Guzilamparai Taluk, Dindigul District, by including the petitioner's name in the above said patta as per the representation dated 01.12.2021 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to private respondents is dispensed with.

2.The fourth respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The fourth respondent shall put the 2/4

interested persons including the respondents 6 to 9 on notice before passing final order. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other.
