[Judgment of the Court was delivered by J.NISHA BANU, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order of this Court dated 17.02.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.2574 of 2025.
2.The appellant has filed the said Writ Petition, challenging the notice issued by the 1st respondent dated 25.01.2025, wherein the appellant was directed to vacate the canteen operating in the Tirunelveli Government Medical College. 3.When the said Writ Petition was taken up for hearing by the Writ Court, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents
submitted that the lease period had already expired on 03.02.2024 and therefore, there was no violation in passing the impugned notice. Therefore, the Writ Court dismissed the said Writ Petition. Challenging the same, the appellant has filed this Writ Appeal.
4.Mr.Veera Kathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the shop has been allotted to Aavin.
5.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this appeal. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
