ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act in Crime No.618 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 25.08.2017 at 5.00 p.m., the respondent police checked the movement of the petitioner and intercepted the two wheeler and seized the commercial quantity of 1.100 grams of ganja.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the above said case and hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ State submitted that the petitioner is having three previous cases

for the same offence and he has already filed a petition in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.11724 of 2017 seeking anticipatory bail and the same was withdrawn by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on the same day, he filed the present petition without any change of circumstances.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
