This petition is filed for a direction directing the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.106 of 2016.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, however, submitted that the investigation is almost over and that Final Report will be filed within a period of three weeks.
3. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report in Crime No.106 of 2016, before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
