ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to re-investigate the case in Crime No.346 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police have filed a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul as "undetected".
3. As already held by this Court, this report cannot be termed as final report. The respondent police is directed to continue with the investigation till final report is filed under section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
