PRAYER :- To call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime No.31 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and quash the same as it has no prima facie case as against the petitioner.

ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that that the charge sheet has been filed.

2. This Court had already granted time to file additional grounds. As of now, no additional grounds have been filed. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the present petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
