When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced copy of the letter dated 13.03.2024 issued by the third respondent intimating that the petition mentioned death certificate was not issued at all. There is no entry in the official records.

2. It is now for the petitioner to take appropriate action as deemed fit. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
