ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has made a representation on 16.06.2020 seeking to remove the encroachment in S.No.826/2, Kamachiyamman Kovil Street, Balasamuthiram, Dindigul District. On receipt of the said representation, the second respondent has asked the fifth respondent to take appropriate action. Seeking further action on the aforesaid communication dated 03.07.2020, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Taking note of the aforesaid position, we direct the fifth respondent to take appropriate action in pursuant to the communication of the second respondent, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In fine, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
