ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the online rejection order passed by the second respondent dated 02.10.2021 and seeking for a consequential direction to the respondents to provide full internal marks to the petitioner in all subjects and direct the 3rd respondent to return her school fee.

2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the matter has become infructuous, since the third respondent school has already been closed and also the matter pertains to the academic year 2020-21. 2/4

4. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
