ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.196 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the third petitioner died.

3.Since the third petitioner died, the charge as against the third petitioner is abated. Insofar as the first and second petitioners are concerned, the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, is directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.196 of 2014 and dispose of the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
