The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 10.01.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.447 of 2020 by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai and later, it was transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani and it is pending in C.C.No.303 of 2022.
