Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner was a licensee authorised to collect parking fee from the vehicles parked near Jansi Rani Car Parking situated at Nethaji Road, Madurai. The license period is already over. The petitioner applied for extension of license period. Since it was not considered, this writ petition came to be filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel produced a communication dated 28.05.2019, whereby, the petitioner's request has already been rejected. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
