Heard Mr. R.Anand, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. N.Anandkumar, Learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

It has been brought to notice that without taking note of the order of interim stay passed on 01.06.2018 in W.P. (MD) No. 11827 of 2018, the impugned demand notice was issued. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, undertakes to withdraw the impugned notice dated 22.12.2022 and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
