ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon Revision Petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.20533 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.582 of 2025, dated 19.12.2025. The said condition reads as under:- "Petitioner/Accused shall report before the respondent police, once daily at 10.00 AM for a further period of one year until further orders."

2.Heard Mr.D.Saranya, learned counsel for Revision Petitioner and Mr.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate for 1st Respondent.

3. Learned counsel for Revision Petitioner submits that Revision Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 19.12.2025 in Crl.MP(MD)No.20533 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.582 of 2025. She further submits that Revision Petitioner's wife is in her last trimester of pregnancy and therefore, 2/6

Revision Petitioner has to accompany her. Hence, she prays that condition imposed in order dated 19.12.2025 on the Revision Petitioner may be relaxed.

4. Learned Government Advocate for 1st Respondent concedes that Revision Petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2025. However, he objects to relax the condition of appearance of Revision Petitioner before the respondent police.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned Counsel on both sides, condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.20533 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.582 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025, is modified as follows:- "Petitioner/Accused shall report before the respondent police, every Monday, ie., commencing from March 2026 at 10.30 AM until further orders"

6.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
