ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 19.1.2015 this Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for the period of two weeks.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner went to police station along with junior counsel and the Inspector of Police told him that the petitioner need not come daily and he will be called through telephone and then only, he is required to come to police station. I am unable to fathom this explanation. A duty is cast upon the petitioner to comply with the orders of this Court not the orders of the Inspector of Police.
