ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.16179 of 2025 in 07.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).NO.16351 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.16179 of 2025 in 07.10.2025 in Crl.O.P. (MD).NO.16351 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
