This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.81 of 2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Puliyangudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the investigation in crime No. 81 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent Police has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.247 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
