ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl OP.(MD). No.16300 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025 in so far as the condition directing the petitioner to report before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 am and to appear on all hearing dates without fail,

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.16300 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. If any default in complying with this condition, bail granted would be considered for cancellation and if any justifiable reason is cited and the same would be considered by the jurisdictional Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
