ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.117 of 2022 dated 17.02.2022 by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul, wherein, the petitioner was directed to deposit cash surety amount of Rs.20,000/- instead of giving two physical sureties to him.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 26.12.2021 and no one is willing to pay the amount as directed by the Sessions Court and hence, the petitioner is still in judicial custody even after getting bail and that the condition may be modified. 3.As rightly contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is in judicial custody from 26.12.2021 and he was granted bail on 17.02.2022.

4.Considering the above facts, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.4749 of 2022 executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul and other conditions 3 and 4 imposed by the trial Court shall remain unaltered.

5.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
