ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23005 of 2025 dated 19.01.2026 in condition No.6(b) 1/4

as the petitioners shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, Singanallur Police Station, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23005 of 2025 dated 19.01.2026, is modified and the petitioners shall stay at Virudhunagr and report before the Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar Town Police Station, Virudhunagar, daily twice ie. morning at 10.30 am and evening at 05.30 pm until further orders. No relaxation petition or modification petition will be entertained for next 1 1⁄2 months. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
