ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed A1 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.

59 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was the Village Head and in-charge of Kumbabishekam of Sri Mariamman Temple in the Village and when the succeeding Head of the Village wanted the accounts from the petitioner, he joined with other accused attacked the defacto complainant and his mother.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent persons and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and other accused, who has attacked the injured and his mother were also released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3821 of 2015. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the major portion of the investigation is over.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned II Additional District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
