NO.149 OF 2016 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that instead of appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Cherenmahadevi, the petiitoner may be directed to appear before the Manur Police Station, Tirunelveli District in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18799 of 2016 dated 06.10.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ROBINSON, Advocate for the petitioner and of the Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18799 of 2016 on 06.10.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting bail, directed the petitioner to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The learned counsel would further submit that due to life threat to the petitioner, he is not able to comply with the said condition and the petitioner is ready to appear before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.00 a.m.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the petiitoner is directed to appear before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
