The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with the lawful activity of running SPA in the name and style of Green Day Relax Healthcare and Spa at No.337, Raja lodge, Valayapatti Road, Krishnankovil, Virudhunagar District, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2026.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
