ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A3 and he was arrested on 17.03.2015 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence punishable under section 366 (A) of IPC, in Crime No.105 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 02.03.2014, the petitioner/A3 along with the other accused had kidnapped the minor daughter of the de-facto complainant, who is 17 years old, with Rs.3 Lakhs and one sovereign of gold ear-rings.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the victim is aged about 17 years and she is not yet secured by the respondent police and the other accused are still absconding. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact the victim is not yet secured and other accused are still at large, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
