This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in person. He is not present today. Instead, Mr.M.Karthick Raja, learned counsel represented him. He sought adjournment.

2.I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and 6, the matter is purely civil in nature. It is seen that the writ petitioner's father had granted loan and to recover the same, O.S.No.50 of 2008 was filed. It was also decreed. E.P.No.14 of 2014 has been filed. The petitioner has to pursue his remedy only in the Execution Petition. The question of filing a writ petition does not arise at all. The very filing of this writ petition is misconceived.

3.Granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the civil Court, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
