This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to take necessary action for implementation of the 2/6
order dated 10.11.2025 made in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.5101/2025/M3 on the file of the second respondent and accord permission for worshipping during Mahasivarathiri festival from 20.02.2026 till 22.02.2026 at Arulmigu Karkkuvel Ayyanar Temple, Kambikudi Village, Kariapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 25.01.2026 and 07.02.2026. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 3 to 8, notice to the respondents 3 to 8 is dispensed with.
4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that with regard to the aforesaid prayer, the petitioner had already sent representations to the official respondents on 25.01.2026 and 07.02.2026 and since the said representations are pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

5.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the representations of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents 1 & 2 in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 25.01.2026 and 07.02.2026, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the parties concerned. There shall be no order as to costs.
