O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the conditions imposed in the order passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, in Cr.M.P.No.1390 of 2017 in Cr.R.P.No.11 of 2017 dated 28.08.2017.

2. Heard Mr.R.S.Sivaram, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Due to the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent / husband and wife, the petitioner filed H.M.O.P and legally got divorce. The respondent again filed Cr.M.P.No.3992 of 2016 for monthly maintenance from the petitioner. Subsequently, the petitioner was directed to pay the maintenance. Challenging the same, this criminal original petition has been filed. 4.This Court does not find any error in the order passed by the Court below.

5.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to pay the entire amount as per the direction of the Court below within a period of four weeks from today. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedachandur is directed to dispose of M.C.No.3 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
