ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the police to complete the enquiry in CSR No.13 of 2023 dated 22.01.2023, filed by the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that they have taken cognizance of the complaint and has initiated enquiry. That enquiry revealed that the dispute between the petitioner and the proposed accused, is in respect of a immovable property which is purely civil in nature. They are about to complete the enquiry and going to file report in two weeks.

3. The statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is recorded, directing the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this Writ Petition stands closed.
