O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct enquiry and to register the case in CSR No.14 of 2023, dated 22.01.2023 on the file of the second respondent herein and subsequent representation dated 28.01.2023 to the first respondent herein.

2. Even though this Writ Petition is not maintainable, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 22.01.2023, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.14 of 2023.

3. The respondent Police is present before this Court and stated that the petitioner has not produced any document for considering the above said complaint. The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry process within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry process, failing which, the above said complaint may be closed by the second 2/4

respondent.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
