PRAYER in CRL MP(MD)No.17341 of 2023:

To Suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner in Spl SC No.22/2021 dated 10.10.2022 passed by the Learned Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above appeal.

Prayer in CRL A(MD)No. 319 of 2023:

To call for the records in Spl.S.C.No. 22 of 2021 dated 10.10.2022 passed by the Learned Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur and to set aside the same.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.KARUPPASAMYPANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.17341 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD) No.319 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly from 06.02.2024 and hence, he pleaded for relaxing the condition imposed on him by this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence, the conditions may be modified once in a month.
