This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.449 of 2012, on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.101 of 2014 and subsequently, the case has been ended in acquittal.
