ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1, A2, A4 & A5, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120(b), 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.3 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused created forged documents in S.Nos.451 and 440 Re.S.Nos.451/1 and 440/1A and sold out the same to the third party. Hence, the case. 3.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions from his clients. 4.In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the case.
