PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu, i.e., the petitioner's husband namely A1 Ameen, S/o.Kamaludeen, aged about 42 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband, namely, Al Ameen, aged about 42 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the detenu has returned home. Hence, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

3. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
