PRAYER : Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu ie., the Petitioner's husband namely, sheik Abdul Hameed, Son of Syed Musthafa, aged about 34 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

The Petitioner herein/wife of the detenu alleging that her husband is missing on 21.02.2024, has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
