ORDER
The petitioner has submitted an application to survey the land in S.No.96/4A to an extent of 2.15.50 Hectare at Manambakki Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering his application dated 25.06.2021. Alleging that the said application has not been considered, she has filed this writ petition. 2.Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the subject property originally belong to one Valliammal. Valliammal is having two daughters, viz., Muneeswari [petitioner herein] and Dhanalakshmi. Valliammal has executed a settlement deed in respect of the subject property in favour of the petitioner in the year 2012 as Doc.No. 3189 of 2012, on the file of the Sub Registrar, Manamadurai. However, this settlement deed executed by Valliammal was subsequently cancelled in the year 2015 by another document in No.898 of 2015. By relying on the settlement deed and by suppressing the subsequent cancellation deed, the petitioner has submitted the application for survey. Therefore, the petitioner's application was rejected by the respondent. 2/4
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Index :
