Ganaga Sabapathy COMMON ORDER The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in GWOP.No.31 of 2022 and HMOP.No.22 of 2022 from the file of the Family Court, Thirunelveli to Family Court, Coimbatore, since she is residing at Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The respondent himself admitted in his petition in GWOP that both the petitioner and the child are residing at Coimbatore and the child is studying there. So, she is unable to travel from Coimbatore to Thirunelveli.

4. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, both the Transfer CMPs are allowed and both the GWOP.No.31 of 2022 and HMOP.No.22 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thirunelveli is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Family Court, Thirunelveli is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
