ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for speedy disposal of the case in Crl MP No.687/2025 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the private respondents herein, notice to them is dispensed with.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, is directed to dispose of the case in Crl MP No.687/2025 as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
