O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order in No.4888/AA1/2025 dated 24.09.2025 issued by the second respondent and to quash the same as illegal, and consequently to direct the respondents to rectify the guideline value from "Zero" to the actual value and to correct the classification of the land standing in the petitioner's name in Survey No.468/5B, Karuvanallur Village, Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli District, in accordance with the revenue records, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2025.
2. It is seen that the present case pertains to the PACL properties under the control of the Committee constituted pursuant to the orders of the Supreme Court of India, wherein Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.S. Virk (Retd.) has been appointed as Receiver to administer the subject 2/5
properties. In view of the said arrangement, any grievance relating to such properties has to be placed before the competent authority/Committee so appointed.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though a representation was submitted to the fourth respondent, the same was returned. However, it is now submitted by both the petitioner and the respondents that the correct address of the Committee is available in the online. Therefore, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the Justice (Retd.) R.M. Lodha Committee at SEBI Bhavan, BKC, Plot No.C4-A, "G" Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400 051, or at any other address as may be officially notified, and work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
4. With the above observations and liberty, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
