The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Further, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent/the enquiry officer may be directed to complete the departmental proceedings within a time frame. 2.Mr.R.Aravindan, learned counsel taking notice for the respondents submitted that time limit can be fixed to complete the departmental proceedings.
