ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, the 2nd respondent interfered with the civil dispute, thereby he has filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that already based on the complaint by the private respondents, a case in Crime no. 69 of 2025 dated 22.02.2025 has been registered. The 2nd respondent police have never interfered with the civil dispute and only based on the complaint given by the private respondents, they have called the petitioner for enquiry purpose. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed.
4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition and the 2nd respondent police have also denied the allegations levelled Page no.2/4
