ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A3 and he was arrested on 14.02.2015 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(B), 323, 324 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.02 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 20.01.2015, the petitioner and the other accused unlawfully assembled with deadly weapons and attacked the deceased and murdered him.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been in judicial custody since 14.02.2015. It is further submitted that some of the co-accused were granted bail by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5653 of 2015, dated 31.03.2015. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner is in jail since 14.02.2015 and some of the co-accused were granted bail by this court, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Dindigul and report before the Inspector of Police, attached to the Taluk Police Station, Dindigul daily at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders.
