This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

was forwarded to the second respondent. Based on that complaint, they called the petitioners for enquiry. The petitioners also appeared. During the enquiry, they have not harassed the petitioners. However, they will complete the enquiry within one week.
4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the private respondent inclined to dispose this petition by directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order in accordance with law on merits.
