ORDER

This is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner at the time of measuring his land on the basis of the representation dated 11.06.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The case of the petitioner is that at the time of measuring his land, the neighbors may cause disturbance. Hence, he

has given a representation dated 11.06.2016 to the third respondent. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.Based on apprehension, protection cannot be given. If at all problem arises, it is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned police/Court.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly.
