What is under challenge in this Writ Petition is only a show cause notice, dated 08.05.2019.

2. The petitioner was appointed as an Assistant with a condition that she must acquire certain qualifications within a period of five years. But, the petitioner does not seem to have acquired. Therefore, the show cause notice has been issued. The petitioner has also given her explanation.

3. It is for the authority to consider the explanation and pass final orders. The question of maintaining a challenge to the show cause notice does not arise at all. Leaving open the rights of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
