The writ petitioner is the wife of the life convict, who is confined in Madurai Prison.
2.The writ petition is filed seeking mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation for granting 30 days ordinary leave. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents statest that the Superintendent of Police, Madurai, has considered the representation and rejected the same vide proceedings dated 24.02.2025 in No. 945/jF.2/2024.
4.In view of the aforesaid fact, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order, if so advised.
