(MD).No.819 of 2022 in Para 15(ii) the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M until further order to appear before the Learned Additional District Judge/Principal Sessions Judge for NDPS Cases, Madurai at 10.30 A.M order dated 16.02.2022.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.NIRANJAN.S.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.819 of 2022, dated 16.02.2022, wherein this petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having life threat. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 23.02.2022 to 07.03.2022 and that the charge sheet has already been filed and the case was taken on file by the learned Additional District Judge/Principal Sessions Judge for NDPS Cases, Madurai.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Additional District Judge/Principal Sessions Judge for NDPS Cases, Madurai, on all working days at 10.30 am, until further orders. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
