It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.06.2016.

in respect of the very same occurrence, a case has already been registered in Crime No.379 of 2014 under Sections 147, 148, 324, 427 IPC by the second respondent. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
