ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.05.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC and 307, 397 of IPC, in Crime No.210 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 28.05.2016 and the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
