This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in the case in Crime No.5 of 2018 dated 14.01.2018 and file a charge sheet before the concerned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District within one month.
